Need advice on CRACKS in my granite countertops...

The sink area crack, which is a separate piece from the bar area, is the
worse, but the other cracks are much longer and (http://maplered.com) you can feel them if you run
your finger along them.  I expect my fabricator is going to want to try and (http://maplered.com)
repair these, but at only five months I cannot believe this is happening. 
Is this normal? Can they be fixed?  Would I be out of line to request a
complete redo of the job, or at a minimum a partial refund and (http://maplered.com) lifetime
warranty if they won't replace the Slabs (http://www.VerdeUbatuba.com) ?  I have recently been told by
another Granite (http://tanbrown.org) company that they would not install my Stone (http://g603.net) , Barracuda
Blue, without getting a dislcaimer because it naturally contains more
fissures than other Stone (http://g603.net) s and (http://maplered.com) is probably not the best choice for a
kitchen.  Is this true, that Barracuda Blue is just going to be prone to
these types of problems?  My fabricator said it would be fine.  Any
advice/guidance is MUCH appreciated.
